Thank you for your curiosity.  I hope I don't disappoint.  

I am just like you.  A person with a family, a job, and lots of thoughts.  I am a seeker of myself.  Finding the calm in this fast paced, digital information overloaded, stressful world.

I lost one of my best friends to the C word in 2018.  She was a beautiful soul who made a big impact on those around her.  Since then, I have looked at my daily life from a much different set of eyes.  Sometimes wet eyes.  Sometimes happy eyes.  Sometimes scared eyes.  But most of the time, hopeful eyes. Through those hopeful eyes, this blog was born.  

My goal is to learn and grow with you.  And find hope in all we do together.
